Confirm your Reservation

Now that you are ready to confirm your reservation you have 3 methods described below to choose from to make your deposit of one night’s stay:

1. 1)using your Credit Card on our secure website.
   

2. 2)making a deposit in any branch of BANORTE in Mexico.
   

3. 3)or via Paypal. 
   

Once at our Bed and Breakfast you may pay your balance with credit card: Visa or Mastercard, or with cash in Mexican Pesos preferably.

Once you have made your deposit please send us an e-mail to reservations@villasuenazul.com with a copy of the receipt so that we can confirm your reservation.

3. Using your Paypal account

If you have a Paypal account just send us your payment to: cristina@villasuenoazul.com.  We will notify you via e-mail as soon as we receive your payment, and confirm your reservation.

Cancellation Policy

For Regular Reservations (not High Season or Specials): Any cancellation must be received 5 days prior to your arrival date. Once a reservation has been confirmed and your payment processed, all cancellations are subject to a 25% cancellation fee. Cancellations made within 10 days of your arrival, or after your arrival, will not be refundable.

For Reservations during High Season: Cancellations during high season, during Cervantino Festival must be made 15 days in advance otherwise, they will not be refundable.
