       After your first stay at our B & B you become a Preferred Customer which entitles you to a

       10% Discount on your whole stay every time you return.  Rates and Taxes applicable per room.

1.     Summer Special - LAST NIGHT Free for one or two people
   

       Only during the months of May, June, July, August & September

       After the second night your third or your last night is free. Rates and Taxes applicable per room.

       Weekly Rates (6 days or more): 

                                       15% discount during LOW SEASON

                                      10% discount during HIGH SEASON

       2 Weeks or more (After 14 days): 

                                       20% discount during LOW SEASON

                                      15% discount during HIGH SEASON

       Monthly Rates (30 days or more):    

                                       40% discount during LOW SEASON

                                       30% discount during HIGH SEASON

1.     RENT the whole house
   

       If you want to plan a family or friend’s reunion for a special rate you can have the whole house to

       yourselves.   Rates per night:                        

                                    $3,700 Mexican pesos during LOW SEASON

                                   $4,800 Mexican pesos during HIGH SEASON

                                    this rate includes all taxes that in Guanajuato are 18%

1.     All Included  for Spanish Immersion Students or for the Traveler
   

       who prefers home made meals

       The services we can include to a weekly or monthly rate are:

             A “Walking Tour” of Guanajuato with a bilingual guide at: $200 Mexican pesos per person

             A daily meal for a late lunch (according to the Mexican Tradition) at: $80 pesos per person
