Our check in time is 3 p.m. No check ins after 11:00 p.m. to avoid disturbing our guests. IMPORTANT NOTE: If your flight arrival is scheduled after 11:00 p.m., please call or e-mail us ahead of time to make special arrangements for your check in. Our Check out time is 12:00 p.m. noon. But if you need to check out before 8:00 a.m., let us know in advance, to make proper arrangements.

A deposit of one night’s payment is required to confirm your reservation.Your deposit may be made by credit card, through PayPal, or via e-mail.

Full payment may be made at the Villa with credit card, cash (pesos or dollars) or traveler's checks.

Cancellation Policy:

Any cancellation must be received 10 days prior to your arrival date. Once a reservation has been confirmed and your payment processed, all cancellations are subject to a 20% cancellation fee. Cancellations made within 10 days of your arrival, or after your arrival, will not be refundable. Cancellations during high season must be made 30 days in advance otherwise they will not be refundable, specially, during the Cervantino Festival.

Smoking:

Villa Sueño Azul is a NON-SMOKING FACILITY, however, smoking will only be allowed in the upper deck terrace that is completely outdoors. Anywhere else within the rooms, or inside the house SMOKING IS NOT ALLOWED. If it is found that you have smoked inside the house without being seen, there will be a $100.00 (U.S. Dollars) cleaning fee, plus an additional one night’s stay charged to your credit card. If our manager determines that you have been smoking in your room or any other undesignated smoking area, this surcharge will apply.

Children:

Villa Sueño Azul is not suited for children under 10. If you have children under 10, please contact us before planning your stay.

Pets:

Villa Sueño Azul is not suited for pets.

Breakfast Schedule:

Breakfast is served buffet style from 8:00 to 10 a.m. in our cozy patio.

Afternoon coffee and tea service accompanied with Mexican pastries is served in our lounge area from 4:00 p.m. to 5:00 p.m.

Purified Drinking Water is available to everybody at any time at the lounge area.

Personal Property:

Villa Sueño Azul is not responsible for lost or stolen personal property. The manager and housekeeper are very trustworthy people. Should you need to safeguard anything, please let the manager know, so that she can keep it for you.

For security reasons the main door will be closed at 10:00 P.M. Should you come in after that time you need to properly lock the front door.

No guests allowed in your room past 8:00 p.m.

The public areas: patio (lower level), terrace (upper level) and living room areas cannot be used past 11:00 p.m. at night.

The lounge area, with satellite T.V. is available to everybody from 8:00 a.m. to 11:00 p.m.

The fireplaces in the lower, and upper level, can be lit by authorized personnel only.
