Villa Sueño Azul (Blue Dream Villa) is owned by two American architects who after falling in love with Guanajuato for its colonial charm decided to buy a house to create a Bed & Breakfast where people could relax and feel at home.  It is located 10 minutes walking distance to the heart of downtown. The major attractions are: Teatro Juárez, Main Square, Mercado Hidalgo, The University Language School, and the famous Presa de la Olla.

The B & B offers an artisan touch, with Mexican essence, and a homey feel.  It only has 6 guest rooms, all non-smoking, that offer an authentic Mexican experience, a cozy stay, and a unique service. Villa Sueño Azul is only 30 minutes away from the Bajío International Airport  (BJX).  Our room rates include: a Continental breakfast (Full breakfast is available at an extra cost), unlimited purified drinking water, free WI-FI, tea or coffee service during the day, and all the TAXES.

The lounge area has a satellite TV for our guests, tea and coffee service.  The Villa has a covered patio with a fountain, a cozy living room, and a terrace where guests can sunbathe, and where smoking is allowed.
